New stuff:

- New menu! Finally we're done with the debug menu LOL. Currently only the Stomp and Settings buttons are functional atm, the Extras and Campaign menus still need to be made. For the Match Setup screen you can press your Style button to open/close the Stage/Gamemode specific settings that you can scroll through and change.

 - As a small for fun thing, the monitor in the menu can feature "AdBreaks", these will show a random silly image on the screen, these are moddable so you can go nuts with adding some if you want! (They can be animated too!)

- Settings! Ties in with the new menu but I think it's good to talk about on it's own seeing as it's entirely new. The Settings is where you can switch between resolutions, audio levels (and toggling result chants, jingles, themes for skins, as well as toggling stage music).

- Stage and Gamemode settings! Gamemodes and stages can now have their own settings you can toggle and switch between in-game, like turning hazards off in a stage if they have any, or setting a specific number of lives in Detonator, etc.

- Teams! There's now 4 teams you can choose between with their own little symbols to differentiate them. If you're on the same team as somebody else then generally you'll share points and not be able to damage each other. Not being on any time will act as you expect it would.

- Ice-Creams can now appear angled on slopes. (thanks nekonesse!)

- The results now feature a "STAGE SELECT" button in order to skip having to go back to the title screen and resetting the player number.

- Two new music tracks are in the game as well, those being for the main menu and settings! Kinda expected but yea LOL.

- Skins can now have a chant for when they ready up in the CSS.

 Fixed stuff:

- Ice-Cream now attaches to "oCreature" (so player and enemy objects).

- Ice-Cream should now be more consistent in terms of hitting the ground.

- Mods should now load correctly.

- The in-game Player Number offset should now appear properly.
