This patch was mainly made due to an issue in regards to the oGLOBALS._animLoading variable not stopping the Catspeak while loop time cap correctly, but I also made a few general fixes (and a new skin,,,) that should hopefully keep this as the final build for the month before another big build comes along!

New stuff:

- New skin!! Ghostien, head of BATTERYNET Inc. and your companion throughout the upcoming main campaign. is here! He's one of the best engineers and scientists in Vegedye, making a bunch of useful robotics for the town and finding new interesting discoveries along the way.
- VERY work-in-progress CPUs are in the game. They're not very smart at all and just hone on whoever's closest (so they don't work too great on their own in Detonator or Baseline Lives) but they're kinda fun to mess with. There's no difficulty settings on them or anyway to change their skins without plugging in more controllers but you can turn them off by going to the N/A option on the bot level in the local menu screen on the main menu (if it's not N/A then the bots will be on and will be used with players who aren't being controlled by anyone).

 Changed stuff:

- Voom, Meep, Treehoppa, and Morp's bios have been updated to be a bit more informative and lengthy to match "Beebehdee" and Ghostien's bios.

 Fixed stuff:

- Some collision fixes have been made to stop sudden game freezes.
- Having a higher skin value than the amount of skins loaded into the game after reloading assets no longer crashes the game upon going to the CSS.
- Selecting "STAGE SELECT" in the results screen, going back out to the settings and going back to the main menu will no longer bring you to the match setup screen immediately.
